Many people hold onto a grudge because it offers the illusion of power and a perverse feeling of security. But in fact, we are held hostage by our anger. It is never too late to forgive. But you can forgive too soon. I am especially wary of what I call "saintly forgiveness." Premature forgiveness is common among people who avoid conflict. They're afraid of their own anger and the anger of others. But their forgiveness is false. Their anger goes underground. I define forgiving as letting someone back into your heart. This returns us to a loving state -- and not merely within the relationship -- we feel good about ourselves and the world. True forgiveness isn't easy, but it transforms us significantly. To forgive is to love and to feel worthy of love. In that sense, it is always worthwhile.

- Rob + nic + jul + ben back from UK in july. Revolutionary.
- I have completely lost my abs.
- That means it's time to get a new yoga mat.
- Which also means the whole month of June is dedicated to the makings of muscles.

Hello everyone.
I have been silent for a while.
Work's been ok.
Health's so so.
Still experiencing the numbness on my arms and legs,
Sometimes the mouth now.
Still feeling giddy every now and then.
Classroom being so damn hot ain't helping.
Don't know what else to do.
Goin to accupuncture this weekend.
Think I'll have to go for at least 10 sessions.
I am just..
don't know what else to do anymore,
but to pray and live life as normal,
work out as usual,
try to eat right,
get enough sleep (it's never enough!)
and try not to stress.
But God brought me you.
Truly God's gift.
It's still surreal at times.
It still frightens me at times.
This risk I am taking,
being vulnerable once again,
taking a chance,
not knowing where this would lead us.

Whatever that i have heard
about certain someone's rude comments about me
at the workplace is just
plain juvenile and childish.
My gawd.
I couldn't believe my ears.
I can't give a rat's ass
nor be arsed to be affected
by such bitchiness,
stupidity and absurdity.
Honestly,
just say it to my face.
Taking it out on other fellow colleague
and bad mouthing me is simply a clear sign of
incompetence.
Some people just can't handle
their own insecurities.
